Dog-Mauling Convict Dies of Heart Disease

RIVERSIDE - James Chiavetta, a Newberry Springs man convicted last year of involuntary manslaughter after the pit bull he cared for fatally mauled a 10-year-old boy, has died of heart disease at a Riverside County hospital.
