Three Women Get State Judicial Posts
SAN DIEGO - Gov. Gray Davis on Wednesday named three women to judicial positions, elevating one to an appellate court and appointing two to Superior Court benches.
The three are Superior Court Judge Judith D. McConnell, Assistant U.S. Attorney Amalia L. Meza and Deputy Senior Assistant Attorney General Laura Whitcomb Halgren.
