Supervisors Give Green Light to Garcetti's Plan

The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors Tuesday approved much of District Attorney Gil Garcetti's plan to improve his family support division, giving him permission to hire an interim chief administrative officer and to conduct a nationwide search for a fourth assistant district attorney who will oversee the operation.
