Teachers Take Prop. 227 Grievances to Court

A number of teachers' organizations filed suit Thursday in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles, challenging a provision of Proposition 227 that would allow parents to sue individual teachers, school administrators and school board members for alleged failures to implement the anti-bilingual education measure.
