Ex-Judges Seek to Overturn Convictions
Convictions of racketeering and mail fraud against two former San Diego Superior Court judges and a Del Mar plaintiffs' attorney who was accused of bribing them should be overturned because of confusing jury instructions and overreaching charges, their attorneys argued Wednesday in the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Pasadena.
