Merrill Lynch Sues Firm for Bad Deal With McNall

The Los Angeles law firm of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips is being sued by Merrill Lynch & Co. for allegedly misleading the brokerage house into a harmful financial relationship with former Los Angeles Kings owner Bruce P. McNall, who is serving a six-year prison term for fraud.
