Liver Transplant Hopeful Sues Medical Center

SAN JOSE - A seriously ill Mountain View man whose request for a liver transplant was rejected because of his history of drug addiction and recent use of methadone is suing Stanford Hospital and asking a judge to order his name back on the waiting list.
