Inspectors Hope to Quash TV Report

Attorneys for a home inspection company are scheduled to appear in court today in an effort to stop KCBS-TV from airing an investigative report that may include footage of company personnel conducting what they later discovered was a staged inspection for a reporter and producer. KCBS secretly video- and audio-taped the inspection.
