Judge Dismisses Suit Seeking Internet Blocking in Library
SAN FRANCISCO - In a ruling limiting liability of public institutions under the federal Communications Decency Act, an Alameda County Superior Court judge Wednesday dismissed a suit by a woman seeking to force the Livermore Public Library to install blocking software on Internet terminals available to children.
