Judge Accused of Helping Pal Conceal Assets

Citrus Municipal Court Judge Patrick B. Murphy is accused of helping a friend conceal more than $1.8 million in funds allegedly looted from a family account during divorce proceedings, according to a declaration filed Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court.
