Co-Workers Get Protection for Insulting Others

Former Southwest Airlines pilot Christopher G. Sheppard thought his co-workers were out to get him. They had conspired to get him fired, Sheppard said, by enlisting others to falsify his performance evaluations. He decided to get back at those he thought had brought him down, so he sued them.
