O.C. Elects PJ, Assistant for Unified Court
SANTA ANA - The votes are in, and Orange County Superior Court's presiding and assistant presiding judges have been selected. Presiding Judge Kathleen O'Leary was re-elected for a second term, as was Assistant Presiding Judge Thomas Thrasher. Both had been re-elected in the summer, but another election was called because 47 Municipal Court judges have since unified with Superior Court and were entitled to a vote. The county now has 107 sitting judges.
