Judge Gives Go-Ahead to Pregnancy-Related Suit

A judge on Friday refused to throw out the bulk of a discrimination lawsuit filed by a former partner of the entertainment law firm Christensen, Miller, Fink, Glaser, Weil & Shapiro, who claims she was forced to resign because she became pregnant and had expressed opposition to the firm's billing practices.
