San Diego Ex-Prosecutor Appeals Termination

SAN DIEGO - Former deputy district attorney James Fitzpatrick, whose termination for misconduct from the district attorney's office was upheld by the Civil Service Commission in June, has filed a petition for a writ of mandate in Superior Court to overturn the commission finding.
