Ex-Case Manager Says Dedication Got Him the Boot
A former case manager for the now-defunct Chase & Miller claims in a Los Angeles Superior Court lawsuit that he was wrongfully fired from his job because he objected to its allegedly "unlawful and unethical practices," which he claims included overbilling clients as well as not paying for overtime and travel expenses.
