Attorneys Claim Malicious Prosecution

Two attorneys have filed a lawsuit against Liner, Yankelewitz, Sunshine & Regenstreif for malicious prosecution, claiming the firm wrongly sued them for legal malpractice in order to get out of giving them a cut of a $1.2 million settlement awarded to a former client whose case the partnership took over.
