Murder Charges Dismissed Against Two Teens

After hearing an eyewitness testify Wednesday she had mistakenly identified two teen-agers as assailants in the stabbing death of a third youth, the Los Angeles County district attorney's office did an about-face and asked a judge to dismiss the murder charges it had previously filed against the pair.
