Law Firm Partner Is Sued for Libel, Slander

A Superior Court libel and slander suit seeking $1 million in damages was filed Monday against Wayne S. Braveman, a law partner at Heller, Ehrman, White & McAuliffe, by his former lover, Steven Dwyer, who claims Braveman falsely told Dwyer's family and friends that Dwyer is HIV-positive.
