Jury Deadlocks in Eye-Swabbing Trial

SAN FRANCISCO - A federal court jury, despite viewing videotapes of screaming protesters whose eyes were being swabbed with a pepper spray solution, deadlocked Tuesday on whether Northern California police used excessive force to subdue the anti-logging demonstrators.
