SAN FRANCISCO - Calling the public comments by former U.S. Attorney Michael Yamaguchi in the midst of a major drug trial "shocking" and "the epitome of due process violation," a federal judge sanctioned the government by dismissing the most serious charge against Oakland drug dealer Anthony Flowers.
