Judge Denies DA Request for Bail for Teens

SAN DIEGO - A San Diego Superior Court judge Monday unsealed an 11-week-old indictment charging three 15-year-old boys with the murder of the 12-year-old sister of one of the boys. The judge then allowed the boys to remain in their parents' custody, denying a prosecutor's request for $1 million bail each.
