AG's Opinion Sought in Election Dispute

SAN JOSE - Santa Clara County Counsel Ann M. Ravel has asked the state attorney general's office for a written opinion to clear up lingering disputes over a runoff election between a longtime prosecutor and a recently elevated Superior Court judge who is seeking election to another seat.
