Judge Broadman Is Censured By California Supreme Court
SAN FRANCISCO - The California Supreme Court came down hard Monday on Tulare Superior Court Judge Howard R. Broadman, publicly censuring the controversial jurist for publicly commenting on his novel sentences, deceiving a criminal defendant and trying to affect the outcome of a legal malpractice suit against an old foe.
