California Set to Take Half of Tobacco Spoils

SAN DIEGO - Attorneys for the cities, counties and state attorney general, who are plaintiffs in five civil suits against the tobacco industry, announced Friday that they have signed an agreement on how any future proceeds from the suit will be divided.
