V.C. Lawyer Drops Challenge to Family Law Judge

VENTURA - The lawyer who filed a motion to disqualify a Ventura county judge from hearing some 300 cases involving parents accused of neglecting or abusing their children has withdrawn her challenge, saying the cases would have been tied up in court for too long until the dispute was resolved.
