Southland Federal Prosecutor Nabbed for S.F. Post

Interim Northern District U.S. Attorney Robert Mueller III said Thursday in Washington he has asked Los Angeles Assistant U.S. Attorney Daniel Levin to act as his "counselor" when he takes over the reins of the San Francisco office Aug. 24 from departing U.S. Attorney Michael Yamaguchi.
