Vega Nominated as U.S. Attorney

SAN DIEGO - Sen. Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., has nominated Assistant U.S. Attorney Gregory Vega for appointment as the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of California. Vega was chosen from a field of at least five candidates, including interim U.S. Attorney Charles G. LaBella.
