Apple agrees to CEO Tim Cook's deposition in Monster case

Monster LLC will depose Apple Inc. CEO Timothy Cook to gauge his knowledge of when acquisition talks between Apple and Beats Electronics LLC began — assuming that Monster's lawsuit survives Beats' motion for summary judgment, a judge ruled Wednesday.
