Embattled video streaming company hires prominent attorney as GC

VidAngel, facing 'sword of Damocles,' brings on IP pro David Quinto

VidAngel Inc., a video streaming company currently facing major litigation from four prominent media companies, has hired intellectual property and entertainment maven David W. Quinto, one of the founding partners of litigation boutique Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP, as general counsel.

Quinto was most recently a partner at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP.
