Consulting firm honors Dominican Republic official

Jorge Subero Isa, the former chief justice of the Dominican Republic's Supreme Court, was honored Sept. 11 by the international judicial consulting firm Tetra Tech DPK during its 20th anniversary celebration at the Commonwealth Club in San Francisco. Subero Isa received the company's "Leading with Integrity" award in recognition of his efforts to bring increased transparency to the Dominican courts and improved public trust in the judiciary. "Dr. Subero Isa has taken fundamental justice principles and given life to them in the Dominican justice system," said William E. Davis, Tetra Tech DPK's co-founder, who presented Subero Isa with the award.
