9th Circuit to rule on Prop. 8

The 9th Circuit's much-anticipated ruling on the constitutionality of Prop. 8, California's same-sex marriage ban, will be posted today at 10 a.m., the court announced.

The 9th Circuit's much-anticipated ruling on the constitutionality of Prop. 8, California's same-sex marriage ban, will be posted today at 10 a.m., the court announced.

Also to be posted is the court's related decision on whether former Chief Judge Vaughn R. Walker of San Francisco should have been disqualified from hearing the Prop. 8 trial because of his own involvement in a same-sex relationship.
