Settlement over autism treatment reached
California's insurance commissioner announced a settlement with Blue Shield of California Life and Health Insurance Co. for coverage of applied behavioral analysis.

California Insurance Commissioner Dave Jones on Tuesday announced a settlement with Blue Shield of California Life and Health Insurance Co. in which the company agreed to cover applied behavioral analysis for customers or their children with autism.
