Greenberg Traurig refutes malpractice claims

Greenberg Traurig LLP has denied professional negligence claims brought by the estate of defunct firm Heller Ehrman LLP in a suit that, if successful, could boost the estate's payouts to unsecured creditors by tens-of-millions of dollars.
