Former Michael Jackson attorney disbarred

A review panel of the State Bar Court has recommended that well-known Los Angeles lawyer R. Brian Oxman should be disbarred.

SANTA ANA - A review panel of the State Bar Court has recommended that well-known Los Angeles lawyer R. Brian Oxman should be disbarred. The judges also recommended that Oxman's partner and wife, Maureen Patricia Jaroscak, be put on probation for two years.
