Enviro groups sue over naval training exercises

A coalition of environmental and American Indian groups sued the National Marine Fisheries Service Thursday alleging its approval of U.S. Navy training exercises off the West Coast poses a serious threat to whales, dolphins, seals and other marine mammals.
