Amgen looks to the future with $1.2 billion buy of cancer drug company
Sullivan & Cromwell LLP is representing Thousand Oaks-based Amgen Inc. in its $1.2 billion, all-cash acquisition of the Cooley LLP-advised Micromet Inc. of Rockville, Md., in a deal the biotechnology companies announced Thursday.
