Court backs Burbank cops in civil rights case
The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday voided a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decision holding that a pair of officers from the Burbank Police Department wasn't immune from liability from a lawsuit alleging constitutional violations.
The court sent the case back to the 9th Circuit for a judgment in favor of the cops.
