Google hires Juniper associate general counsel

Google Inc., in the midst of patent battles with Oracle Corp. and mobile phone adversary Apple Inc., has added to its stable of experienced patent experts by hiring a former Juniper associate general counsel.

PALO ALTO - Google Inc., in the midst of patent battles with Oracle Corp. and mobile phone adversary Apple Inc., has added to its stable of experienced patent experts by hiring a former Juniper Networks associate general counsel.


Allen M. Lo will start Monday as Google's deputy general counsel for patents and patent litigation, he announced at a conference Wednesday at Stanford Law School.
