Universal health care bill passes state Senate committee
The California Universal Health Care Act cleared the state's Senate Appropriations Committee Thursday.

The state's Senate Appropriations Committee voted 6-2 in favor of Senate Bill 810, the California Universal Health Care Act, on Thursday.
