A financial fall for prominent LA litigator

A plaintiffs' lawyer who played a leading role in the $660 million sexual abuse settlement with the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Los Angeles in 2007 has filed for bankruptcy protection following lengthy divorce proceedings.

LOS ANGELES - A plaintiffs' lawyer who played a leading role in the $660 million sexual abuse settlement with the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Los Angeles in 2007 has filed for bankruptcy protection following lengthy divorce proceedings.
