Luce Forward announces March merger
On the heels of three major defections from Luce Forward Hamilton & Scripps LLP's intellectual property and white-collar criminal defense practices in San Diego, the firm has announced a March 1 merger with McKenna Long & Aldridge.

McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP and Luce Forward Hamilton & Scripps LLP formally announced Tuesday the firms will join, effective March 1, forming a entity that is likely to be a major player in the real estate industry on both coasts.
The firm will retain the McKenna Long & Aldridge name.
