IP litigator switches from McDermott to Sidley

Well-regarded intellectual property litigator Vera M. Elson has left McDermott Will & Emery LLP to join Sidley Austin LLP's Palo Alto office, sources with knowledge of the situation confirmed to the Daily Journal.

Well-regarded intellectual property litigator Vera M. Elson has left McDermott Will & Emery LLP to join Sidley Austin LLP's Palo Alto office, sources with knowledge of the situation confirmed to the Daily Journal.

Elson is both a registered patent attorney and a member of the International Trade Commission Trial Lawyers Association. She joined McDermott as a partner in 2001 from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati LLP.
