The Electronic Frontier Foundation sued the U.S. Department of Transportation Tuesday in the Northern District, claiming the agency failed to fulfill its Freedom of Information Act request for details about unmanned aircraft, or drones, it believes the agency has authorized to monitor U.S. citizens.
