Trial set in grave desecration suit

A lawsuit alleging the owners of one of Southern California’s largest Jewish cemeteries desecrated graves will proceed to trial.

A lawsuit alleging the owners of one of Southern California's largest Jewish cemeteries desecrated graves will proceed to trial.

Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Anthony J. Mohr on Monday denied a defense motion for summary adjudication filed by Service Corp. International, which owns Eden Memorial Park, located in the Mission Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles.
