The U.S. Supreme Court will hear arguments today in a California case concerning how public sector unions charge workers for the cost of political activities..


The case, Knox v. SEIU Local 1000, 10-1121, is one in a decades-long series of lawsuits spearheaded by the National Right to Work Foundation, a group dedicated to weakening unions across the United States.
