Redevelopment projects in limbo

Last week's state Supreme Court decision dissolving local redevelopment agencies has plunged hundreds of projects throughout the state into chaos.

Last week's state Supreme Court decision dissolving local redevelopment agencies has plunged these and hundreds of other projects into chaos. Local officials and developers say they're trying to salvage as many of the projects as they can, but they admit the months ahead are fraught with uncertainty.
