WASHINGTON - A bipartisan group of senators unveiled the details of an agreement on a patent reform bill Thursday, marking another step in a long-running legislative campaign.
The Senate Judiciary Committee initially approved the bill last April, but changes were required to regain key supporters, including Utah Republican Sen. Orrin G. Hatch.
