Reed Smith Solidifies Future in Silicon Valley
Reed Smith had been scouting out ways to open in Silicon Valley since 2003, when it merged with Oakland's Crosby, Heafey, Roach & May. Now, it's got its man: Morrison & Foerster's Palo Alto-based corporate partner Richard Scudellari jumped to Reed Smith last week to help launch the new office, which will formally begin operations this fall.
