MGA Lawyer Seeks Mistrial In Bratz Case

The lawyer for MGA Entertainment asked a judge Friday to declare a mistrial in the Bratz doll federal court custody fight, claiming a juror made an ethnically insensitive remark about the company's chief executive officer, who was born in Iran.
