Grand Jury Indicts O'Donnell On Campaign Finance Charges

A federal grand jury retuned a felony indictment against attorney Pierce O'Donnell late Thursday, charging the prominent plainttiffs' attorney with arranging for $26,000 in illegal contributions to be given to the 2004 presidential campaign of John Edwards.
